The reason for my return to Weight Watchers is simple; it is a program that IS a "lifestyle" and not a "diet". Within Weight Watchers guidleines I can live a healthy and fit life. Nothing is "forbidden fruit", therefore allowing me to feel like a "normal" person, allowing me to be in control to make wise porportioned choices. I joined Dr. Oz's challenge because of a question he asked that resounded in my head for hours after his aired program. Do you want to FEEL like a million? Yes!! I heard myself yell out loud at the television. Never mind winning a million dollars, I want to FEEL like a million. For what would be WEALTH without HEALTH. Here in this blog you will read my progress as I take you on my "Journey to Feel Like a Million". I will be honest and transparent as if you were sitting across the table from me. I will not hide or pretend, this is simply, MY journey to gain health and vitality after a 46 years of a weight problem. Here I go, I am worth it, I will never be the same!

Excited to watch your transformation mama!
ReplyDeleteGood for you Lorraine. I know how you feel. Every time we do anything, we wonder...how do I look? what can I eat? I must say though that I have never picked a friend by the way they look or the size they are. What you want is to feel good. Me too. Love the saying "Nothing tastes as good a thin feels". (Except good quality dark chocolate of course)
